Athlete Development - Accelerated Development CampWheelchair Rugby League skills, conditioning and testing

New South Wales Wheelchair Rugby League invites all interested Wheelchair Rugby League players to attend a two day training and development camp which focuses’ on the development of core Rugby League skills. This is a great opportunity for all athletes who are interested in representing at a higher level to gain valuable information and meet new people.

This is an intense Rugby League skill, conditioning and education development program specifically designed to improve all aspects of your game. By the end of the sessions you will be equipped with simple, effective drills and exercises and the knowledge to continually improve your skills and maximise your ability.

The camp has extra importance as it is scheduled to be held on the weekend of International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD).

How is this achieved?

Over the 2 day camp our team will help you improve all aspects of your Wheelchair Rugby League game.

Players will participate in one on one and group Wheelchair Rugby League game skill sessions. Individual players will have sessions with the team to work on areas they feel need refinement or improvement.

You will undertake assessments to help determine your individual strengths and weaknesses.
