The Newcastle Knights are proud to represent the people of the Hunter Region. The Knights philosophy is to support the people who give so much to them.

The Newcastle Knights have an established presence in the region with Hunter Schools, a Community Alliance partnership with their naming rights sponsor Coal & Allied, a ‘Close the Gap’ Committee working with Aboriginal Australians, and of course the strong Charity relations led by major partners, the Hunter’s iconic Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and the Hunter based Ronald McDonald House Charity. This is just to name a few.

In addition New South Wales Wheelchair Rugby League is privileged to be a recipient of the Knights support after the Knights agreed to assist a team in the 2011/2012 Wheelchair Rugby League competition. NSWWRL is grateful for the assistance offered by the Knights and all its members.
